1. Venue Consultation Booking Policy Overview Our venue consultation service provides on-site evaluation and professional recommendations to support your concept, operations, or improvement strategy. Booking & Payment * A non-refundable consultation fee is required to secure your appointment * Fees typically range from $150 to $350, depending on location and scope * Payment must be completed at the time of booking * Consultation fees may be credited toward future services if you proceed Scheduling * Consultations are confirmed upon payment * You will receive a confirmation email with appointment details Cancellations & Rescheduling * Rescheduling is permitted with minimum 24 hours notice * Cancellations or changes within 24 hours result in forfeiture of the fee * No-shows are charged in full Scope of Service Includes: * On-site walkthrough * High-level operational or concept feedback * Verbal recommendations Does not include: * Written reports * Detailed planning or execut
